I have posted it before in a wrong location.

I thought the problem was solved but unfortunately it repeats.

Please read below.

What data should I provide to help solving the program?

I love the program, really but I just can not start it more than once without rebooting.

Cheers, AJ

Hello, very new user here.

Love the software but have a very weird problem.

Power Director starts fine BUT only once.

Since I close it, in order to start it again I need to boot the computer up.

Please help.

Cheers, AJ

Hi AJ -

That happens every now & again here. Even though you've closed PD, one of its processes is still running in the background.

Just go to Task Manager - Ctrl+Alt+Delete - under processes look for PDR12.exe & PDHanumanSvr.exe. If they're running, select and End Process.

I can't explain what causes it - not that clever!

Cheers - Tony

Hi Tony,

Thank you very much for a quick reply.

I will try to do what you described.

I assume that after I end mentioned processes , I will be able to restart PD with no problems, correct?

Thank you again.

Cheers, AJ
