Impossible to log to my ticket

Hi,
I have an issue pending that support is answering to. I got a new answer today, but I am totally unable to access my question, my ticket and even my account. Has anyone experienced that today ? Is there an issue with support web site ?

Try Again.

Cyberlink.com gets very busy and may not answer your page request.

Same issue. The support page isn't loading at all. Hoping it is just busy.

I just tried Cyberlink Technical support, I do not get anything except for the banner at the top of the page.
