I bought PowerDirector 12 ultimate Download version. I have an email to prove it.
I had a break down and decided to replace my cpu. went from intel i5 to i7. I have looked around
for a place to enter the product key but I cannot find a place to put it. Maybe I have the wrong
download (trial)as it will not let me download again what I bought. I know its a dumb move.

The trial is a crippled program and you cannot activate it. Best to get all your info together and contact Support. HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)
