Hi,
there is no product key needed for PhotoDirector Mobile (purchase Version).

If you bought the Application it is activated and associated to your store account (Android / Windows)

The situation when buying through App Store / Google Play is one thing;
How do we handle it; when it is a part of a "package solution"? I.e. PhotoDirector 5.0 incl. PhotoDirector Mobile?

I've tried to search through the forum and Goggle Play as well as the description in my email:
"How to activate". The link leads only to the section of free mobile apps. And I'm still stuck with a mobile app, with advertisements and reduced finesse...

When I try to use the hd effect I am prompted to buy a product key which is shown as already being installed on this computer and I need to enter my product key, which I don't have and am being informed by you that there is no key! I have android version, in the attachment you see it asking activation key.
"Where can i find my activation key" link goes to cyberlink pages where is no iformation about it.

In another screenshot you see what is bought.
