If you have 30 fps selected in your Preferences > General (NTSC), then when you produce the video it will be converted to 30 fps.

Hi MJH038,
The warning message you have displayed is one that can be disregarded, see Preferences/Confirmation/Check boxes, it is just warning you of the non-standard frame rate being imported into the Edit Workspace Library/Track. The warning is an advisory that 15fps is different from the default/selected (in Preferences/General) track divisible. If you're in an NTSC area, 30fps should be ok for you. Once you have completed your editing, making changes etc, in the Edit Workspace you should select Produce. From the Produce user interface you can select a variety of video formats and various templates including one that'll retain the 15fps you have or 30fps if you want to change.

The purpose of the Track frame rate warning is just to notify you of the difference in frame rates. Most experienced editors are aware of the video footage they import and choose uncheck the frame rate warning pop-up.

I have written the above from memory - without looking at PDR12.
