Although I currently do not have an answer, I wanted to add details of the same problem, it is probably not related to the update from 13 to 14 but an update to 14. I have had 14 working with HD sound, both DTS and Dolby, but following the patch update today I too have lost HD sound.

Hopefully Cyberlink will pick this up and resolve.

I have the same problem on the very first version of the assembly 14 everything worked well for 4028 and 4206 beta bitstream DTS-HD sound just no. All other formats work. On 13 version is also doing well. Wrote in support of the sane response is not received. Receiver Pioneer VSX-1123 and R9 290

I have a similar problem, DTS HD Master Audio works intermittently. Sometimes I start a movie and there's no sound, so I just stop and restart the disc and the sound is most of the times back in DTS HD Master Audio. Installed the patch and still have the same issue.
If you select NON-DECODED HD AUDIO there is no sound. If you select NON-DECODED DTS you get DTS audio and not the HD track.
Power DVD 13 works fine.

Helped me to update everything works as it should configure your wrote above.

I will uninstall and start from scratch and let you know how it goes.

Hurried, only works if you start with a m2ts file DTS-HD MA but if the whole BDMV folder or disk that silence there is no sound.

I would think this would be an easy fix for Cyberlink since it worked on the previous version. I won't be so quick to upgrade the next time.

In my case, DTS HD Master works fine from a BD disk or a BD iso file. But it doesn't work with my numerous MKV files.

True HD sound works with all files. Competing products play my MKV's flawlessly but don't handle video libraries as well as Power DVD.

Please fix!!

As I mentioned previously, I couldn't get DTS Master Hd to work with my MKV's. Then reading back on this thread I saw the Beta patch posted.

Anyway it worked!!! After using parts of 3 other media players to get what I wanted, Power DVD does it all!!!
