I produced a file, complete with soundtrack and it plays perfectly fine in Media Player. It's an MPEG-4 file. No sync issues whatsoever. Yet, when some people play the file in Quick Time, it's out of sync. Any idea if this is a QT problem or a problem with my file?
Thanks,
Tamara
Does that file play OK in QuickTime on your computer?
If it does, I would think the other people have a problem on their computer.
Their computer may be under powered. After all it takes a good bit of computer to play a Full HD video. A full HD video is 6 times the size and quality as a standard definition video.
If it is important that other people be able to play your video smoothly on their computer, you might try producing a 1280x720p MP4 instead of a Full HD 1920x1080 MP4.
