Finished the project, clicked on Pack Project Materials. When I checked the folder in which all was saved, I could see all video and audio clips were present, and only the background I used for my titles and credits, but no text, nothing else that was used for the titles and credits. Is that not saved????

Should be there, Betty, when you restore the project by clicking on the PDS file in the packed folder.

What's the extension? Couldn't find a file for title and credit in the materials folder, but when I loaded it, they played.

I would like to save them for future projects. How do I do that???

Extension for the project file is .pds.

When you Pack Project Materials there is one PDS file in the pack project folder along with all of the project assets that are on the timeline.

Things that are normally a part of the Powerdirector program may not be in the packed folder. Titles have the information for building in the PDS file. Color boards would not be in the Packed Folder, because color boards are a normal part of the program.

If you built the title using a Image, that image would be in the folder.

I would like to save them for future projects. How do I do that???

Load the project, take screen shot (snapshot) of the title, save that screen shot (snapshot) somewhere.

Yes, I know .pds is for project. Looking for the title file.

Guess as you said, the information for building the title is in the pds file as the background image IS there.

Thank you.
