Power DVD 14 Ultra doesn't play blu-ray

My Power DVD 14 Ultra is playing DVD, but is not playing Blu-ray. The program does not recognize the Blu-ray disk in the drive.

What's the solution?

probably an issue with the drive. is it a blu-ray player & not a dvd player?

What does it say?

Are you using your computer monitor or are you using a HDMI connected display?

Had the same problem.. ended up my blu-ray laser was misaligned.. Doh
