Hi!

I'm using sound card Asus xonar HDAV 1.3 deluxe with PowerDVD 14 and Win 7. When I play Bluray films with PowerDVD (with setting 5.1 analog output), it shows output: LPCM 48khz/24. I wonder whether it is real 48khz/24 bits or be downsampled to 16 bits ?? because my sound card is not in "HD Audio Compatible Sound Card and Codec List" of PDVD. Anyone has any answer for me? Thanks!!

It will say 16 bit if it is downsampled. You'll see this if you choose stereo and Dolby virtual speaker mode

Youre running lossless

Never trust lists, they are never complete and up to date. Have you updated the drivers for that card? Are you having any kind of problems?

My sound card got the newest driver, works very well with PDVD, even better than TMT 6.
