Has anyone been able to create scrolling credits at the end of their videos, from with-in Power Director?
If so how?

I was able to do it by creating a short video in ProShow Gold Ver-6 and importing it into my Power Director video. Ageing Gracefully

Yes, I have.

Powerdirector offers Scrolling Titles in the Title Room.

What Version of Powerdirector do you use?
Different versions of Powerdirector offer different types of Scrolling Titles.

PowerDirector 9 has Ending Credits 001 and Ending Credits 002 in the Title room.
PowerDirector 12 offers several Scrolling Titles.

Thanks!
I use Power Director 11

I see the choices now. It's labeled as "Scroll- Up-Dn-Left-Right" under the [Motion](tab)

Appreciate the quick answer. Ageing Gracefully

In PD 11.
Under Scroll (4) there is also Ending Credits 001 and Ending Credits 002.

I don't see " Ending Credits 001 and Ending Credits 002 " under [Motion] choices? Would that be dependent on what Character preset I use?

Thanks, but I don't have that in my Title Room.
You have a lot more listed than I do. Could some of your items be from Downloaded Templates, that I don't have? My install is just like it was from the initial install. I haven't downloaded any extra templates.

If so, maybe you could point me to which ones they are on the Director Zone.

Hi Loren -

I'm not sure why you don't have those templates installed as part of PD11. They're stock standard.

Most of PD's standard templates - titles, particles and others - can be downloaded from DirectorZone under CyberLink's account.

Ending Credits_001 - http://directorzone.cyberlink.com/detail/8775
Ending Credits_002 - http://directorzone.cyberlink.com/detail/8776

Once downloaded & installed, they'll appear under "Downloaded" rather than "Scroll" in the Title Room.

Cheers - Tony

Thanks all!

I downloaded both and installed them. Work great.
I'll have to explore more special effects, etc. when things slow down here.

Appreciate all the help.

Did you install the Content packs that come with PowerDirector as standard?

I was not aware of any additional "content packs" when I installed my Pwr. Dir.

I installed from a "saved" file that was from when I purchased Pwr. Dsk. I then ran a later patch file.

Would that Content Pack be a seperate download? Ageing Gracefully

If you bought a Boxed Version (has a Disk) then it is a all in one install.

Downloaded Versions have about three files. The Program and Two Contents packs.

How to install PowerDirector 11

If you have a boxed version a simple re-install should fix the lack of the Contents.

Be sure you have any Malware Scanner turned off when you install. Malware scanners can interfere with installation.

Thanks for suggestions. I did re-install Pwr. Dir. I still have the same content as before. No problem, as I'm satisfied with the current set I have on there. I'm learning more little secerets about Pwr. Dir. every day.

I appreciate all the help you all have given me.

I have PD 10. I'm using an HP laptop, core i7 Intel proc, 8 GB ram.

I'm using a scroll "Ending credits 002". It works but it delays starting for 2-4 seconds and jumps in to the middle of the credits before displaying. I've tried running it on different tracks with and without my mainline video on track 1 running. Makes no difference. I had trouble with this on an earlier project too. Any suggestions? Thank you, Peter
