PowerDVD10 does not play Blu-Ray!

I just bought the LG BH16NS40 Retail and it came with Cyberlink software that promises to play Blu-Ray. A lie! I get the following message about making sure my display device supports HDCP Code 0110. Google shows others are having same problem. I can play blu ray with my Playstation 3 on this same monitor with the same HDMI cable. My graphics card is a AMD R9 280X so I know it can handle blu ray and is compatible.
