Hello everybody, I have a lenovo youcam installed by origin on my lenovo laptop, here is my problem: before, my youcam worked well, but when I changed the parameters of capture in MP4(wmv default) and maximal resolution(600*800 default), I had the error "hw error 2" during the video recording. Help please.

here is my laptop configuration:

windows 8.1
intel core i5 3230M 2.6ghz
nvidia geforce gt 720M : 1g vcard
ram 4g

Are you able to select resolution as 1280x720 or 640x480? I don't think 800x600 is good.

What does "hw error 2" look like? any snapshot ?

It's something about the has rate. You might want to choose a lower resolution instead, just a suggestion. Windows 7, i3, 4GB RAM.
