Full HD producing problem

Hy!
My PDR12 have problem with Full HD video producing, and writed this message! (See the image, screenshot!)
This message writed only: MP4, MKV and H264 AVC !! (In no only Full HD resolution!)
The MPEG2, MOV and WMV is OK!!

(I have Panasonic HDC-SD 100 Full HD camera! mts format!)
My PC config: Windows7 64 bit, Intel Core2 E-8400 3GHz CPU, Ati HD-5770 VGA, 4 Gb DDR2 RAM 1066 MHz !

The pdr11 is installed, it works well! (There writed no error message in the HD encoding!) QuickTime and VGA are updated!

What should I do to eliminate the problem?

See also the minimum spec. http://www.cyberlink.com/products/powerdirector-ultra/spec_en_GB.html your computer appears not to meet those specifications.

Interestingly, because the PDR11 can do the coding! Then I'm going to test one of my friends computer the PDR 12! Only the H264 AVC, MP4 and MKV does not work, the other formats can be encoded!! And the opening of these files is also working!

Is your PD 12 a Trial version?

If it is a Trial, the HD formats do not work correctly on computers that are not Window 7 or Windows 8.

Please provide the requested DXdiag.txt files. DXdiag.txt files do not contain any personal information.

Other versions I have downloaded and installed it, but it did not work, I could not accurately register the mts files and thus can not take care of them! This is a cracked version, you can only come for coding this problem!

Seriously, you have the effrontery to post and ask for assistance about a cracked illegal version of PowerDirector. I'm quite please the "Cracked" version doesn't work for you. Perhaps it is a lesson for you to BUY the software and not try an use crack, hacked or reverse engineered software. Certainly not post on this forum again.

If I'm mistaken and the term you've used "Cracked version" is not applicable then you need to explain yourself further.
