Question about Ebay resellers

I want to buy PowerDirector 7, so I search to see if I could get a better price somewhere else. I found that on Ebay some people are selling PD7 as a download with a CD-key for something like 23$. Is it legal? Do they sell pirated copies with a serial number generated by a keygen?

It's hard to believe they sell the real software when Cyberlink charge 70$ for the same thing! Does anybody have information about that? I don't want to give my money to a thief...

Hi,

I did a bit of checking.

1. CyberLink do NOT sell products on eBay.
2. The items are either pirate copies or oem versions from some user (oems do not have full capabilities and should get support from the oem seller).
3. CyberLink's legal department are aware of the issue and will take some actions.

The answer is to buy direct from CyberLink, PowerDirector

Dafydd

Ok thank you, that's what I thought. It's always suspicious when it's too cheap!
