There're not slideshow templates of Frozen Space, balloon in PowerDirector 12 ?

Dear sir,

I don't see template Frozen space in PD 12, there're just 10 slideshow templates in my PD 12.

What templates are included in Powerdirector 12 depends on the version.

The Trial is very limited.

Powerdirector 12 Ultra has 13 slide show Templates.
Frozen space is included.

How about version Ultimate ?
my version is PowerDirector Ultimate 12

Ultimate should have more.

Do you have all of the Content packs installed?

Premium and Essential.

They are listed in Control Panel > Programs and features.

Hi Ha Vy -

Carl's question is a good one.

The slideshow templates you have installed are found in C:\Program Files\CyberLink\PowerDirector12\Slideshow - note NO Balloon, Frozen Space or Outer Space.

That's because they're installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\CyberLink\templates\PowerDirector Content Pack 12\PowerDirector 12 Content Pack Essential\Slideshow - part of Content Pack Essential.

Are those folders/files present?

If you have PD11 installed, Frozen Space (and the other two - Balloon & Outer Space) are installed at C:\Program Files (x86)\CyberLink\PowerDirector11\Slideshow

or C:\Program Files\CyberLink\PowerDirector11\Slideshow depending on how PD11 was installed.

I have installed PD ultra 11 and Content Pack Essential 11, but there is not slideshow template of Frozen space.

There is not Frozen space Folder at C:\Program Files\CyberLink\PowerDirector11\Slideshow
and there are just Ballon and SeaHorse folders at C:\Program Files\CyberLink\templates\PowerDirector Content Pack 11\PowerDirector 11 Content Pack Essential\Slideshow , not Frozen space folder

here is picture, there are 13 templates

In PD 11 Ultra (64) here, I see this under "C:\Program Files\CyberLink\PowerDirector11\Slideshow"

It looks like you have not installed one of the Contents Packs.

From my original installer files, there are 2 Contents packs...
CL.120711_ContentP_PCP120712-01.exe and CL.120711_ContentP_PCP120712-02.exe

The Frozen Space & FutureTech templates (which are missing from your PD) are installed with CL.120711_ContentP_PCP120712-01 You're probably missing other templates too!

You need to locate that installer file and run it.

You have PD11 & PD12 installed on the same PC?

Did you purchase the Ultra/Ultimate version of PD11? The Deluxe version doesn't have Contents Pack Premium. It looks like that from your 2 installer files.

If you have PD12 installed (we are in the PD12 forum), does it NOT have those templates either?

What installer files do you have for PD12?
