Motion Tracking is a part of the ColorDirector plug-in. HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)

You can use keyframes as shown by borgus1

As "the king" says, ColorDirector tracks the motion of objects so they can be altered.

Tracking motion in PowerDirector can be just as challenging, depending on the complexity of motion & scale.

Here - I was trying to track the motion of a bowling ball. Pretty simple, right?
