do pd7 supports green or blue screen?..if so how..thanks

Try this
1) Drop a video in time-line
2) Drop something in the PIP time-line
3) Double Click on PIP Video, this opens PIP designer
4) click "Apply chroma key" box
Set level, change size of video PIP as required

I think you're done, is this what you wanted?
