I'm having problems converting the file format MOD to a Mpeg or any other file format can anyone guide me on how it's done. I've have this camera for three weeks and have yet being able to download a clip to my web site. When I connect the USB cable to the PC it autmatically downloads it to MOD file........where in power producer do I go to change it?

Hello Caspar,

You received also Power Director III Express with your camera.
You can place the mod files in the timeline edit a little an produce a MPG File.
