I also am having same problem. I ordered a hard disc power DVD 8 deluxe. Have not received it yet, but curious if you ordered disc and have you received it yet with new or same activation key?

I can't even get PowerDVD5 to register. None of the CD keys or Order numbers work, not even the ones on the registered site. iT KEEPS PROMPTING FOR REGISTRATION YET THE ACCOUNT SITE SAYS i'M REGISTERED BU THE #'S ON THE SITE don't work. What's up????

You have the trial program correct? You have had problems on your PC with: PD4, PD5Trial, PD6Trial, PD7Trial and PDVD - was that a trial as well.

When given assistance by other members of this forum you've not followed their guidance. I have issued you with a warning and locked your posts.

I have instructed you to contact Customer Support, kindly do so.

You are NOT a customer, you are a forum member like everybody else including the moderator, all members give their time freely to assist other members.

Your continued attack on members because your questions have not been answered is totally unacceptable, no one is going to answer you whilst you continue in this way.

On previous posts you have been asked to provide specific information, which you have NOT done, do you have a problem with that? you have yet to present an issue in the format required to enable any member to answer.

If you don't like the way this forum works, then leave, buy another program and then attack their members, because at the present time you are not welcome on this one.

I have found the service to be useless. I am so frustrated with the whole key activation process not working.

I did contact customer service, they replied hours afterwards folks who come to forums are looking for a quick solution.

How long did you have to wait? I am a admitted inpaitent person who parts with money very carefully. I have paid for it got movies to watch and cant. is this programe really worth the hassel?
