Is it possible to change the speed of the PIP animated objects or any other animations that are preset?

As far as I know, you can change any PIP that was created by User (DirectorZone has plenty to share) These who comes in packages containing videos are more elaborate backgrounds etc. .. some paramentros disabled for this User.
You can modify a PIP as want, for saving another name to preserve the original PIP.

The bundled PiP animated templates are continuous images, not a video.

I suggest you to produce it to video first if you need further editing.
