PowerDVD13 Upgrade Doesn't Find .iso files

I upgraded from a previous version of PowerDVD to PowerDVD13. My previous version would find the .iso files for my library & play them.

When I upgraded it doesn't find the files & add them to my library even if I manually try to do it.

I have each one in their separate folder. If I go do the folder manually & open it the .iso file doesn't show up.

The only way I can get an .iso file to play is if I manually mount it in the virtual drive & then go to the drive it is mounted in & hit play.

Is there a way for the library to find the .iso folders or I can manually add them & when I hit the folder the .iso will start playing like my previous version of PowerDVD did?

If not I just wasted money on an upgrade.

Thanks for the reply. I have a virtual drive to mount on.

The problem is in my library it can see the folders. But when I click in the folder it can't see the .iso file to mount.

How do I get it to see the .iso file so I can click on it to mount?

I also use mymovies. I have PowerDVD for the program to use but it doesn't automatically mount like TMT5 does.

It did mount automatically with the previous PowerDVD version I was using. When I upgraded it doesn't automatically mount when using mymovies.

What about not being able to see the .iso files in my library.

It shows the folder for them but when you open the folder it doesn't show the .iso files.

How do I get the .iso files to show up? I'd like to start them from my library instead of having to go to them individually on my computer. It's really a hassle when they should all be showing up in my library on PowerDVD13.

Oh wow! I wish I had known that before purchasing.

What a waste of money.

Looks like I'll be switching over to TMT5.

I'm just out my money for PowerDVD13.

I thought everyone supported .iso files unless we went back to the dark ages.

I've never owned a program that didn't.

What a ripoff. I can't believe I spent my money on a program I can't even use now. Can I get my money back. I'll gladly remove the program from my computer.

Why can you mount an .iso file & play it through PowerDVD13 but it can't show the file in the library to play? Stupid move by the programmers.

You should put it in BOLD letters that it doesn't support .iso files.

Boy, I feel your pain. Just when I thought there couldn't be a more lame app than TMT6. Back to Kodi and no menus.

You could try to play ISO image files with other media players, but first of all, you need save ISO to other digital video format beforehand, that make the movie playback much convenient.

I don't understand what you're suggesting. ISO isn't a video format.
