Merry Christmas Everyone -= Some Urgent Assistance Required Please

I have compiled a Video full of 1200 Family Images for Christmas. All added fine.

I have added some titles and some particles - all added fine.

I have produced the video in MPEG 2 HDD 1920 x 1080 - produced fine.

Once I then play the video back on the computer, audio is fine and images are fine but no Titles are showing at all and none of the particles are showing at all either. I have tried producing in different formats and I do not get a single title or a single particle.

If anyone could be so kind as to offer some assistance this would be greatly appreciated as this was meant to be a Video Gift for my elderly Mother but alas I cannot show the Titles or Particles.

1. Did you install the latest patch?

2. Did you disable the title/particle track in Edit page (the checkbox next to track number)?

3. Did you try to disable hardware video encoder before producing file? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Good Evening 'The King',

Thank you so very much for your response.

I have downloaded and applied all 'patches' and the disable particles/track never really applied as it was 'enabled all'.

For the 'disable hardware', I have no idea how to do this but let me run a test (it will take 2 hours to 'produce' the new video and then let you know.

I left this 'producing' overnight and am delighted to see that it has worked and the patches fixed the problem.

Thank you so very much once again for your assistance, this has made me a very happy man to be able to do this for my Mother.
