Processing 1080P 60 files
[Post New]
I have a new Nikon D5300
The 1080P 60 (59.94 fps) files are exceptionally good.

I am looking for a way to produce a 1080P 60 disc.
Does PD 11 or 12 have this capability?

So far, the best I have been able to do is AVS 720P 60 on a DVD with BlueRay format.
The 1080P 29.97 and 1080i 59.94 results are no where as good.

The way i understand it, 1080p60 is not part of the Bluray disc standard, but I think they did add it to the latest AVCHD 2.0 standard which may not be compatible with ALL Bluray players.

PD11 only supports AVCHD disc up to 1080p 24fps. I don't know about PD12.

The BluRay Standard still says 1920x1080/60i

You can still edit your 1080P 60 (59.94 fps) files in Powerdirector. But your BluRay Disk will be 1080/60i.

I have found that the current 1080/60i looks very good.

"i" is changed to "p" when played on a high definition TV.

Google for the references. .
