Menu when using side-by-side 3D

Does anyone know how to get at menu, when burning a BD, withe side-by-side 3D video?

AVCHD and std. BD doesn’t support menu and side-by-side at the same time. I have tried to make SBS 3D file, and then burn a 2D disk, but then it wasn’t SBS 3D anymore, any known workarounds?
