missing somehting? - photo shows up in movie but not in timeline

am i missing somehting? - photo shows up in movie after i removed it from the timeline. I had it on a video track, it played on the movie even where there is nothing on the track (after the length showed it as ended)... so i deleted it from the track... it still plays in the movie... so I deleted it from my library, and IT STILL shows up. I started disabling each track, and it is on track 6, but nothing there is visible. Can this be a hidden from the timeline?

Have you tried clearing out your cache files?
Go to Preferences (little gear icon on top) > General > Manually Delete

Now close PD and restart it then load your project.
