How to get cropped auido into mix

Please pardon the newbie question, still trying to learn the ropes here.

I have an audio file that I've imported, and I've cropped. I now want to go to the mix pane. How do I get my cropped audio segment into the mix pane?

Hello,

After you've cropped your audio, just click on Mix and insert the audio in Track 1 for mixing. You'll notice the file name has a * before it, indicating that it's been edited.

When you've finished the mixing process, Produce to your preferred audio format.
