No. But you can user PowerDirector to create the particle templates and download created ones from DirectZone.

So I can create a particle effect in PD and transplant it somehow to YouCam? Are they in the same format? Jerry Schwartz

Depends on the version of PowerDirector and YouCam, YouCam may or may not accept the particle template created by PowerDirector because usually PowerDirector has advance particle engine than YouCam.
