I cannot provide all the information for Tech support and it seems there is NO way to get any help on this short of buying PDVD8 and even that is a 2 hour plus download which I have tried to download, it says it's finished but it's not in the place it should be.
How does one get to have a dialogue with this firm? this is ridiculous.to speak with someone you have to pay!
I have power DVD 6 De Luxe. I have NO idea what the equivalent is or the cost to buy version 8 but would do if I get nowhere as I have been battling with this issue for 48 hours and am basically at the point where putting this programme back on knowing there is no real support is becoming a distant memory.
Any suggestions and I am new to all of this so be kind please. Sam
