Cyberlink Web Camera filter purple/green color bug

Hello,

I'm using a lenovo G560 on windows 7 64bits.
I've been using my webcam on skype for long time without having anyproblem.
Btw, now when i log on skype, or when i use my webcam throw the basic software "Cyberlink Camera", the webcam is working, but i just have problems with the color.
For exemple, i can see me but the background is purple, and i'm green. It's looks like i've mixed gamma/saturation etc but i didn't touch any settings ! ( cf. windows screen)
I've tried installing/uninstalling driver, actived/deactived easy camera, nothing's working right now..

Hi Mich, are you still getting this? If yes, I would recommend to create a support ticket. This might need to be duplicated first.

By the way what do you mean about creating a "support ticket" ?
Because i've seached on support, but it's for people who have bought a products here.
For my part, i've bought a lenovo pc, whose using as a defaut program, Cyberlink web camera filter for capture device for webcam but i don't have bought any software here directly !
