Cyberlink is reporting size of finsished vedeo incorrectly

Hi,
In the last few days the programme is reporting the wrong size of finished video. In the create a disk section it says 4500mb (for example) but it cant be burned to a dvd because its actually 5790. I upgraded to 12 as it started last week on Power Director 11 . Any ideas. I have a Win 7 systems that works fine otherwise in all other aspects.
Am in the UK and hope someone can help.

Switch the 2D Disk > DVD to 8.5 GB.
Powerdirector is big on size estimate.
