Rendered Video is Frozen on First Frame in Power Director 12

I'm using PD12 (I'm a new user).

I am having an issue with .M2TS raw footage taken from my SonyHD Camcorder. It runs okay during edit - I can see it fine during edit - but on final production/output it's frozen on the first frame. I downloaded DiVX (software/codecs), I tried several output variations such as .AVI, .MPEG4 and H.264 AVC, but it's just frozen on the first frame. I downloaded the latest PD12 fixes. I double-checked Interlacing settings.

Audio is fine.

I have attached the two diag files and a screenshot of the frozen frame. I am hoping someone has a fix.

Update 11/14/13 - I re-saved the video, removed the native .M2TS video and re-added it (thus removing 40+ hours of my editing work), but I did it as a test. And it rendered fine with no issues. I am trying to avoid having to re-do a week's worth of editing work so if someone has an answer as to how I can make this master video render that would be great. Also, I am operating from a fresh, clean new install.

Thanks,
Angelaaaaa

In case anyone else encounters this issue, here's what fixed it for me:

Follow the steps given below to resolve your issue.

(1). Please make sure that you are logged-in as an administrator.

(2). Increase Virtual memory:

a. Right click on "MyComputer"
b. Select Properties -> Advance.
c. Click on "settings” under Performance.
d. Select "Advance".
e. Click on "change" under Virtual memory.
f. Select "Custom" and enter initial value as "512" and Max value as "1024".

NOTE: If your existing settings are higher than recommended then leave them as before.

(3). Please update your VGA/Sound card driver. You may contact your VGA card manufacturer or the computer manufacturer to get the latest drivers.

(4). Make sure where you have installed PowerDirector software there is sufficient hard disk space, for eg. upto 20GB.

(5) Please Start Windows in Selective Startup mode.

1. Click on Start.
2. Click on Run.
3. Type msconfig and click on OK.
4. A System Configuration Utility window will come up.
5. On General tab, select Selective Startup.
6. Uncheck "Load Startup Items".
7. Click on Apply.
8. Click on OK.
9. Click on Close.
10. It will ask you to restart your computer.

Restart the system for the change to take effect.

(6) 6. Make sure during produce “Enable Preview during production ” is uncheck. You will get this option at the bottom of “Produce” tab.

(7) Go to Edit → Preferences → Hardware acceleration ; Make sure both the options are unchecked.

Try to produce and let me know the status.
