3D keeps crashing!!!

the 3D movies I wanna watch which used to work perfectly in version 12 are now not working in version 13. It keeps crashing....why?

This is not cool!!

Welcome to powerdvd 13, awful software, same happens for me to the point where my machine needs to be rebooted! Do yourself a favour and get a refund, I did, all you will do is send endless enquiries to cyberlink support and get nowhere.

I don't use 3D but I have the same kind of issues. Lockups pausing crashing but PowerDVD 10 and the demo od 12 worked fine. Both of the updates 3105 and 3313 to PowerDVD 13 have not fixed this issue even though they specifically say: ”resolves crash issues”.
