If you output profile you have selected is progressive the output would be 1080/60p or 1080/30p.
Some of the AVC profiles are interlaced.
It is a try it and see the results. You can test with short clips, a few seconds is enough to test.
Making those clips is easy, point and record for 5 to 10 seconds, stop. Do that with each camera setting you use.
You will have test clips that are unique to your system.
