Hi,
in fact I have the same problem as you;;This happens only with AVCHD,M2ts videos.It works with AVI or WMV formats.Did you have un issue.?.
I have the trial version and I cannot have acces to the customer support..

I don't have powerdvd12..is powerdirector12..than I have,trial version.I didn't succed to have un aswer why is green when playing AVCHD videos..I don't see where to post my question in forum!!It asks always a name to write..thats why I wrote to you.Anyway thank you Regards
