Hello people, i thought it important to let you know of a possible account hack on here, i received a support ticket this morning from Cyberlink (that i never sent), i had apparently asked about my key not working after applying a patch to POWER DVD 13 and i cant enter the key in.

I believe its possible my account was hacked and all my keys are now possibly in the hands of the pirates, because its strange why this person stated in the support ticket that he/she has the key but cant enter it in after applying some patch!

I have now changed my password, i suggest you all do the same before your accounts are also compromised.

Good thing that you changed your password quickly. Thanks for the heads up. You might want to block the sender address so it wont bother you in the future.

Yeah man, first thing i did was come on here to warn users after changing password and contacting cyber, obviously the hackers look at who owns what by looking at the forums here. Ryan Anthony
