Did you purchase and download PowerDVD 13 Ultra from cyberlink website?

If so, then you should have received an email something like the following.

NOTE: All Item Numbers, Serial Numbers, and Dollar amounts have been changed to X's and or 0's. It will also give you specific web address's to download the different software items listed below. Now I have left these out of this example for obvious reasons.

If or when you receive an email like the above one I used as an example. If you haven't then you can either call customer service, or go to this web address below to retrieve your serial numbers, and download your software. After you login to your account of course.

Once you get your activation code for PowerDVD Mobile for Ultra make sure you go to Microsoft Store. Once in the store go to the charms bar and put in PowerDVD Mobile for Ultra in the search field. Then click on search and PowerDVD Mobile for Ultra should come up ready for installation.

MAKE SURE YOU PICK THE FREE VERSION TO INSTALL. NOT THE $14.99 VERSION.

If you have installed the PowerDVD Mobile version that cost $14.99 it won't bring up the screen to enter you activation code. It will send you to the buy screen, and or buy website screen.

If you did install this version uninstall it. And then install the PowerDVD Mobile for Ultra that is the free version. Once you install this version and open it up. A screen should pop up asking you to enter your activation code.

Once you enter in your Activation code it will change to the full program with everything enabled.

I didn't buy from Cyberlink direct, I had to buy from Microsoft App Store as I am using the Surface RT. I first downloaded the free trial version. After a while, it kept asking for an activation key so I click to purchase. I was re-redirected to Microsoft App Store and I paid there. I was thinking it would send an activation key to me so that I can activate the full function, like the other PowerDVD products I used before. But I just found out that I have to download the full function App from the App store again once I purchased. Now I have done that and deleted the trial version App and the problem is re-solved. Thanks a lot!

Now if anybody needs to activate PowerDVD Mobile they will know how to activate it from a Windows 8 Desktop, Laptop, Touch Tablet, and a Surface RT.
