Hi, I'm new here. I have a AMD Athlon 11 x4 635 with 2 GB Ram. I assume I need to install the max 8 GB ram but will this be an acceptable. All I am trying to do is edit some GoPro video, mostly 1080p 30 FPS, sometimes 60FPS. Nothing fancy, just some amateur scuba video. The minimum system requirements looks like its calling for a Phenom 11 x4 but by the benchmark test that could be a wide selection.
This is on a Asus M4N68T-M motherboard. Any other info need let me know.

I'm a little puzzled that you can buy a computer with those decent (if not overwhelming) specs, but only 2G of RAM.
Your graphics driver is a bit dated, but not too bad, if you choose to update it, go to Nvidia directly, just Google it, or find the link on my site.
Max the RAM.
I'm not the expert here, but you should be fine, and if you run into problems, we are here.
Also, please visit PDTooTs for clear, friendly PowerDirector Tutorials to get the most out of your new software.
Again, the link is below. HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)

Barrythecrab, thank you so much for your help. I had the computer built in 2009 by a local shop because of some special needs.
Is the graphics driver update a software update or a physical plug-in card?

Hi,
If and when you go to Nvidia site, go to drivers download and there is a app that searches your system to see what card you have equipped, then recommends the latest driver for you (just don't get Beta drivers). It requires 'Java' to run tho'

It's a file. http://geforce.com/drivers

Use the auto-detect feature. Download the driver, then double-click on it to install.

If problems arise, roll back via the VIDEO ADAPTER|DRIVER branch in Device Manager.
