This option is shown in the Video Stabilizer settings, but cannot be selected. How do I enable it? Thanks.

If you mean in Powerdirector, you select the video on the timeline first, then click Fix/Enhance button above the timeline. Check mark Stabilizer adjust the options.

do you have hardware acceleration selected? not all video cards support all features. RTX 2060 SUPER 8GB GDDR6

My laptop has switchable graphics. I enabled

1) H/W decoding + Intel Effect Acceleration with the Intel HD 3000 GPU selected and
2) H/W decoding + OpenCL with the AMD Radeon 7470M GPU,

but the option to "Fix Rotational Camera Shake" remains disabled in both cases.
