Hi TSiG,
welcome to the forum.
Sometimes Youtube alters the "doorway" used by PD to get access. What is the build of PD you are using? The most recent is 3321.
http://www.cyberlink.com/support/powerdirector-ultra/patches_en_US.html
That's a good place to start. HP Envy Phoenix/4thGen i7-4770(4@3.4GHz~turbo>3.9)
Nvidia GTX 960(4GB)/16GB DDR3/
Canon Vixia HV30/HF-M40/HF-M41/HF-G20/Olympus E-PL5.
Tape capture using 6 VCR, TBC-1000, Elite BVP4+, Sony D8 camcorder with TBC.

Barry,

I did not see the build 3321 you referred to at http://www.cyberlink.com/support/powerdirector-ultra/patches_en_US.html.

What was shown as the latest build for PD-10 is " 2012-11-18 PowerDirector 10 build 2231 update".

Am I missing something or do I need to update my glasses to the latest vision build or just get the lasik surgery?

Bill Thanks,
Bill in Texas

PD-12, PD-14 and PD15 is installed on this iMAC computer under BootCamp, and PD's are running great:
