What is the source of the videos? What is the format? Where are they stored? Why do you think it is a compatibility error? .

1. what version of PDR11 you are using?
2. A screenshot of your project - the Edit Workspace
3. A diagnostic of your computer.
4. A sample file 5 seconds long. Point shoot and upload the recorded video from your camera.
5. I'd like to know what you're selecting in the Produce section - exactly what you chose please?
