Hi.

I got a new laptop that is more powerful than my desktop. So I will be able to see my fades and transitions while in editing mode.

I have the product key from member zone, but where do I go on line to download PD11 my new laptop, it will be replacing my old Sopwith Camel desktop?

Thanks

Hi there -

If you still have the original installer files on your desktop, you can simply transfer them (via USB device) to your new laptop, saving download time.

Product keys are in Manage my Products at https://membership.cyberlink.com/prog/member/service/manage-product.do

If you purchased the Extended Download Service, you can re-download for up to 12 months. If not, you'd need to contact Customer Service https://membership.cyberlink.com/support/customer-services.do

Cheers - Tony

Not heard back from them yet. But I did find a word document that had the product key in it and some other information.

Anyone have any idea where I might go to re-download?

Could I download a trial version on the new PC and then put in the product key to get a full version??

Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way. Trial versions cannot be registered.

Well it is my fault i moved the files to an external drive that then stopped working.

But I just bought a $2,000 laptop because PD11 will not work correctly with my Duo Core, 8GB, W7 machines.

And I cannot use it for its purposes. I have written customer service and tech support more than once, and received no reply as of yet.

I have until this afternoon to get this working or I will lose a contract worth thousands of dollars.

So in about 60 minutes I will be writing off my purchase of PD11 as a business loss and purchasing another video editing program.

It will most certainly not be from Cyberlink.
