Very efficient at billing my credit card.

No so much giving me a product. Notice says "an error occurred during the generation of your license key. We will contact you within the next 24 hours by email...."

If there is a delay in providing me the product, I expect a there to be a delay in taking my money. It's why I bought this on line.

Please advise. Thank you.

Yes the exact same thing happened to me as well this weekend - an error has been encountered generating a license number.

They state they will contact me within 24 hours by email to "provide the necessary information"; but the time is almost up, and so far I have STILL had nothing.

Are you listening Cyberlink?

I would like access to the product I have paid for!!!

I've been searching this forum trying to find the secret handshake needed to obtain a download link and activation key for a purchased powerdvd 8 upgrade from 7.0.

I got the same error message as Nigel regarding an error has been encountered generating a license number. No email received within 24 hrs from cyberlink.

When I check my order details on the cyberlink customer care center it displays two reference numbers:

225392755

300251233

I have sent inquiries via the member area of the cyberlink website and via email to the isales email address. The member area indicates there are no inquiries on my member account. There has been no response from my emails to tech support, either.

All I need is the link for downloading my purchased upgrade and the corresponding activation key. I've been using PowerDvD since 5.0.

Can anyone give me some guidance on how to obtain this ?
