Upgrade to Director Suite from Photodirector 4

I am contemplating getting the Director Suite because I want the latest Powerdirector and Audiodirector. If I choose upgrade it says that you can upgrade from Photodirector V2/3 not from Photodirector V4 and - Suite. Obvious reason is that Photodirector V 4 and Colordirector are included in the upgrade and you already have these when you have Photodirector V4 Suite.

To be honest I feel a bit short changed that I - as an existing customer - can't get a deal on Powerdirector 11 and Audiodirector + some nicities. Or is there some package that I do not know of.

Are you eligible for the Student and Teacher Edition? Can be a big savings there. Parents of eligible students can purchase it. Not sure what restrictions there might be on it though.
CL were giving away V3 of Photodirector a while ago for completing a survey. I obtained an extra copy that way.
