When I am previewing or trimming and playing the video, sometimes the picture freeze for a while, but doesn't stop playing. Then it starts again and starts to freeze again. Any solutions?

A couple of things you might try:
1. Lower your preview resolution to High or Normal in Powerdirector.
2. You have an I5 CPU, so where is the HD 3000/4000 graphics, do you have it turned off?
It may be that I5 HD graphics will be more responsive, you can use the HD graphics if the load is not heavy, an hand off to the Nvidia card when needed.
3. Slow down on the fast forward and jumping around, give the graphics time to catch up.
