How can I add some sort of panning motion to pictures i add to my movie?

Hi Andre -

You can do that in Magic Motion or PiP Designer. For basic motion, Magic Motion is the simplest option.

The motion applied in this tutorial is probably more complex than what you're after, but it should help... http://youtu.be/j6WrI6_qhG8
