HDR-TD10 3d files not playing in 3d

Is this a glitch or am I missing something?
The files play okay in pd12 but in pd13, while they can play in 3d mode (converted 2d to 3d) but they wont play back in full 3d. Even the movie thumbnail icons have a generic icon instead of a picture icon from the movie.

Hi,

I have same issue. My HDR TD20 3D clip is OK to play in Pd12 bur only can play as 2D in Pd13 even though the 3D button is enable.

However, 3D clips from fujifilm W3 and panasonic DMC 3D1 show OK in both Pd12 and Pd13

Not really sure if this helps but have you guys tried to update to the latest build number of PDVD 13?

I cannot locate any update file/history for the PowerDVD 13 in the wed site. There seems only one initial version. Any suggestion?
