Directorzone sharing problem

Cyberlink PowerDirector 11 ( 2418 ) could not sharing to Directorzone! I have clicked to NEXT ( Sign in to Directorzone ) But it does not do anything then! ( The password and username is OK! )

Your internet connection was OK when you tried to sign in?

Try signing into DirectorZone (top right corner) - then attempt the DZ sharing.

It's OK! We are trying to install updates, and then it turns out to be good! In the software, these functions do not work!

Another way would be to upload the Directorzone page, or is there a solution? ( ftp , mail and otherwise ?)

Hi bareszsopte ,
You've had problems previously trying to sign in to DZ according to the screenshots you've supplied - The contact support message re: error_cpd11.png image. Visit Support: http://www.cyberlink.com/support/index.html

Please check your firewall settings and allow the DZ and CyberLink cookies in.

The DZ can not be accessed using any other method.
