I have been a user of PowerDVD since version 5. When I purchased PowerDVD 9 I was gifted with Silver Membership. That went to Gold with PowerDVD 10 and then Platinum with PowerDVD 12. I just received notification of the availability of PowerDVD 13 and when I logged on the site to purchase it, I find that I have been downgraded to Silver. With Silver Membership you only get a 10% discount and no other perks, whereas with Gold and Platinum, the perks are more and better.
I want my Platinum Membership back. I am not going anywhere as PowerDVD is the best media suite I have ever used and I will continue to use it.

The same thing has happened to me, Kim.
It seems to be based on how much you've spent on Cyberlink products in the past year. I last bought PowerDVD 12 Ultra, but haven't bought anything from Cyberlink since then, so I too have been demoted.
It's a sales incentive rather than a reward scheme.
