not found

Which is preventing me from downloading Prower Directo 6. I use
Windows XP.

Try some Automatic Windows Updates, if that doesn't work manually install the latest version of install shield.

Thanks. Where can I go to find a free install of InstallShield? Will that resolve the problem? What is happening is that I'm trying to uninstall Power Director 6 to reinstall it. But it doesn't let me unistall it because of the error message. Hope that makes scense.
